# Get API Credentials

1. Go to Akto Dashboard Settings
2. Navigate to CI/CD section in the left sidebar
3. Look for the "Tokens" section
4. Click "Generate Token" button if no tokens exist

5. Copy the generated token - this will be your `AKTO_API_KEY`
